Frederick Copleston wrote a series on the history of philosophy (https://www.thriftbooks.com/series/a-history-of-philosophy/74382/). The thriftbooks page shows 10 but I believe it’s been updated to 11. It’s hard to find a complete set but you can find the various volumes individually on Amazon or elsewhere. They offer a more objective and in-depth look at some of the periods you’ve mentioned.
